Warranty
We care about you short and simple. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Because of this, Simp Built Custom offers a 1-year limited warranty on eligible Simp Built products.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, vehicle electrical issues, or external damage.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Be in the same condition as received

Show no signs of installation or attempted installation

Include all original parts, hardware, and components
-
Include valid proof of purchase
All returns must be approved by Simp Built Custom before being sent back.
You must contact support@simpbuilt.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping.
❗ Any return sent without an approved RMA will automatically be denied.
The return window is 30 days from the original delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

Custom or Made-to-Order Items
(Including RGB headlights, custom lighting, and custom wiring harnesses) -
Pre-order items
(Store credit may be offered at our discretion if cancellation is requested prior to shipment) -
Open-box items

Installed or test-fitted items
-
Used, modified, painted, or altered items
-
Items not in original condition or missing components
-
Discounted or sale items
-
Items without proof of purchase
Damaged Items / Shipping Issues
Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
Simp Built Custom is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
If shipping protection was purchased, damage claims are subject to the shipping protection provider’s terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations must be requested and approved

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

A processing fee (up to 3%)

A 30% restocking fee if the item has already been packed or prepared for shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as processing or production may have already begun
❗ Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.
Approval is at the discretion of Simp Built Custom.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
This fee covers processing time, inspection, labor, and packaging materials.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, if applicable

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Simp Built Custom is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing return shipments.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Inspections may take 2–4 business days after receipt
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective and approved under warranty.
To request an exchange:

Obtain an approved RMA

If the replacement item is out of stock, store credit may be offered or you may wait for restock
Return Shipping Instructions
Authorized returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
For items valued over $75, shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
Simp Built Custom is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
