SimpBuiltCustom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Order cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours of purchase and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing or production may have already begun.

Any attempted chargebacks will be considered fraudulent. The customer’s local authorities will be notified, and legal action will be pursued to press charges.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All materials contained within this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use of Products

⚠️ All parts sold by SimpBuiltCustom are intended for SHOW & OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Professional installation is required!

The buyer assumes all risk regarding the quality, installation, and use of aftermarket parts. In the event such parts prove defective following purchase or installation, the buyer assumes the entire cost of any necessary servicing, repair, or replacement.

SimpBuiltCustom will not be responsible for any direct or indirect repair costs under any circumstances.

During Online Purchase

Please ensure that all information entered at the time of purchase is accurate and complete. SimpBuiltCustom is not responsible for typos, incorrect addresses, or mistakes made by the purchaser during checkout.

Returns

All sales are FINAL unless a return has been authorized in writing by SimpBuiltCustom.

Authorized returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned in original packaging, complete with all pieces and documentation
  • Approved by SimpBuiltCustom prior to return shipment

If these conditions are not met, the return will be deemed ineligible, and no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued.

All authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless the item is confirmed defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits on:

  • Used parts
  • Modified parts
  • Painted parts
  • Special order parts
  • Custom order parts

Replacements

On rare occasions, an incorrect item may be shipped. SimpBuiltCustom reserves the right to either:

  1. Request that the incorrect item be returned, or
  2. Request destruction photos of the item for verification.

Once the incorrect item has been received or the destruction photos have been approved, SimpBuiltCustom will promptly ship the correct replacement item.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SimpBuiltCustom or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SimpBuiltCustom’s website, even if SimpBuiltCustom or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All products come with detailed installation instructions. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.

If a warranty claim is approved, SimpBuiltCustom will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first contacting SimpBuiltCustom will not be accepted.

Warranty Coverage

SimpBuiltCustom is committed to providing the highest quality products to the aftermarket community. All products sold by SimpBuiltCustom are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers manufacturer defects and issues directly related to the craftsmanship or components of the product.

Exclusions

Our limited warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from the following:

  • Improper Installation: The customer is responsible for following all included instructions carefully. Any damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring will void the warranty.
  • Improper Use: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications made to the product.
  • Normal Wear: Cosmetic issues such as fading, scratches, or minor surface blemishes that do not affect product functionality are not covered.

⚠️ Warranty claims are subject to verification by SimpBuiltCustom. Products found to have been improperly installed, altered, or damaged through user error will not be eligible for replacement or repair.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at simpbuiltcustom@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refund and cancellation policies are outlined under the All Sales Final, Returns, and Replacements sections above.
