Welcome to Simp Built Custom (“Simp Built,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from Simp Built Custom.

2. Products & Services

Many of our products are custom-built or made-to-order automotive lighting components.

  • Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly due to customization

  • Colors, finishes, and lighting effects may appear different in person

  • All specifications are subject to change without notice

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility with their vehicle.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products are final sale once production has started.

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds once production begins

  • Store credit may be offered at our discretion if cancellation is requested prior to production

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Cancel orders affected by errors

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or produced.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Simp Built Custom is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Acts of God

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping protection, if selected, is provided by a third-party provider and is subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Shipping Damage & Insurance

Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon delivery

  • Simp Built Custom is not responsible for damage caused in transit

  • Shipping protection claims must be filed directly with the shipping protection provider

7. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to approval and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Unauthorized returns will be denied

  • Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

8. Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Simp Built Custom is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Wiring errors

  • Vehicle electrical issues

  • Damage caused by third-party installers

  • Damage caused by modifications made outside of our products

Any product that has been installed, modified, or altered may void warranty eligibility.

9. Warranty

Simp Built Custom offers a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or use

  • Vehicle-related electrical issues

  • Water intrusion caused by modification or opening of housings

  • Damage caused by accidents or external factors

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and approval.

10. Off-Road / Show Use Disclaimer

Some products sold by Simp Built Custom are intended for off-road or show use only.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle modifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Simp Built Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of profits

  • Vehicle damage

  • Labor or installation costs

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Simp Built Custom first to resolve any issues.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Warranty denial

  • Refusal of future service

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Simp Built Custom and may not be used without permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
