NOTE - PLEASE READ. 2012-2013 Camaros are not equipped with all the necessary parts for the Velox or Umbra taillights

The following parts are NOT included, but required to fit our Taillights:

  • 2014-2015 Rear Bumper 
  • 2014-2015 Rear bottom diffuser 
  • 2014-2015 Left and Right 2014-2015 side bracket rear bumper holder 
  • 2014-2015 License plate lamps
  • 2014-2015 Rear trunk ( you can cut your 12-13 Trunk instead )

Customers are fully responsible to get the remaining parts to make either Velox or Umbra taillights work. Auto Addict USA will provide the taillights and the custom harness for a full functional taillight. All Sales are final no exchange or refund.

All in-stock ground items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and custom items are typically processed and shipped within 8–16 weeks, but may take longer during periods of high order volume.

Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page, typically 8–16 weeks after purchase, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Free Shipping (Lower 48 States)
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the lower 48 United States for items stocked in Simp Built warehouses.

Simp Built reserves the right to charge shipping in cases where the delivery address exceeds carrier size, weight, or package limitations. This determination is made solely at the discretion of Simp Built.

Standard Shipping Service

  • Economy Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days after processing

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical address is required for all orders.


International Shipping Policy

Simp Built currently does not ship outside of the United States.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us directly prior to purchase.


Customs Brokers

For any international orders (if approved), customers are required to hire and coordinate with a customs broker to manage the import process. The customer is solely responsible for all customs procedures. Simp Built does not arrange customs brokers or manage customs clearance on the customer’s behalf.


Shipping Damages & Liability

While we take every precaution to package items securely, Simp Built is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to freight/LTL carriers, FedEx, or UPS.

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

  • All damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier

  • Failure to file a claim promptly may result in claim denial


Lost or Stolen Packages

Simp Built is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your delivery location is secure. For missing packages, contact the carrier directly.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from any approved refund


Additional Shipping Information

  • For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service 

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or is not in its original condition will not be accepted for return.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Any and all returns must be approved by Simp Built Custom and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return received without an approved RMA will be denied, and the customer will forfeit all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees associated with the return. There are no exceptions to this policy.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders (no refunds; store credit may be offered at our discretion if cancellation is requested prior to shipment)

  • Open box items

  • Used, modified, or painted items

  • Any item that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has missing components

  • Items without valid proof of purchase


Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to approval by Simp Built Custom.

If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as processing or production may have already begun.

Custom items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.


Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers processing time, labor, and materials associated with preparing and packing returned items.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund — minus the 30% restocking fee — will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Inspection of returned items may include both a physical condition check and an operational test. Inspections may take 2–4 business days after receipt before a refund is processed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information

Shipping Instructions for Returns

Authorized returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
