Overview
HDHalo Technology. These HD LED halo rings have been designed from the ground up to be absolutely the brightest, most reliable halos physically possible. Each halo is populated with a large number of high-density (HD) LEDs, which are then coated by a diffusing gel, resulting in a perfectly uniform light when turned on. When off, the diffusing gel hides the chips, resulting in a clean, OEM appearance.
Sizing: All sizes are listed by outside diameter, in millimeters. The width is 8mm, so the inside diameter is 16mm less than the outside diameter. Total height is 4.5mm.
Mounting: The halos must be custom-mounted in position using adhesive or beading wire using the integrated mounting tabs. If you wish, mounting tabs may be removed with a pair of clippers or basic sanding. The halos can be modified if needed to fit certain applications. Up to 20% of the halo can be removed using side-cutting snips and remain fully functional.
Wiring: All wires have a durable braided wire covering. The LED has a 20-inch wire with a female JST-type connector. This connector may be de-pinned to run wires through small holes during installation. Both the input and output wires on the driver are also 20 inches each. A pigtail is included that is also 20 inches, with male spade connectors on the end to connect to factory wiring with included T-taps. You will have plenty of room to run wires anywhere you'd like.
PWM Control: Aside from the high brightness and perfectly uniform output, one great feature of these halos is the integrated multifunction PWM dimming control. The drivers have four wires to be connected to any 12V signals as follows:
White: White Low Power, 50% brightness
Red: White High Power, 100% brightness
Yellow: Amber Signal, double brightness, flashing (dims if powered for more than two seconds)
Black: Ground
All input wires activate the halos at different brightness levels. All switchback halos ship with "low" priority drivers. This means that if both "low" and "high" power inputs are powered, the LED will light up in white, with a low power level. This is convenient for connecting the red wire to a parking light or DRL signal, for use during the day as a high-power DRL. Then, if the white wire is connected to the headlamp power, they will dim down at night. If the yellow wire is powered at any time, the halo will light up in amber color, intended for signaling. If you'd like to use amber all the time, no problem! It will dim automatically if powered for more than two seconds, to keep it safe.
This entire setup allows you to connect the halo directly as a multifunction lamp, without any external controllers needed. Of course, this is completely optional. You can just use one or two of the input wires if you'd like.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any item that has been installed, attempted to be installed, or is not in its original condition will not be accepted for return.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Any and all returns must be approved by Simp Built Custom and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any return received without an approved RMA will be denied, and the customer will forfeit all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees associated with the return. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to approval by Simp Built Custom.
If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, as processing or production may have already begun.
Custom items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers processing time, labor, and materials associated with preparing and packing returned items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund — minus the 30% restocking fee — will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Inspection of returned items may include both a physical condition check and an operational test. Inspections may take 2–4 business days after receipt before a refund is processed.

Shipping Instructions for Returns
Authorized returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
SimpBuiltCustom is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing return shipments. Customers are fully responsible for any charges or damages related to returned goods.
Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items
All in-stock ground items are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
All made-to-order and custom items are typically processed and shipped within 8–16 weeks, but may take longer during periods of high order volume.

Free Shipping (Lower 48 States)
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the lower 48 United States for items stocked in Simp Built warehouses.
Simp Built reserves the right to charge shipping in cases where the delivery address exceeds carrier size, weight, or package limitations. This determination is made solely at the discretion of Simp Built.

Customs Brokers
For any international orders (if approved), customers are required to hire and coordinate with a customs broker to manage the import process. The customer is solely responsible for all customs procedures. Simp Built does not arrange customs brokers or manage customs clearance on the customer’s behalf.
Shipping Damages & Liability
While we take every precaution to package items securely, Simp Built is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to freight/LTL carriers, FedEx, or UPS.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
